To me as well, git flow seemed like it would be too restrictive in certain situations (with the caveat that I have not tried to use it myself.)

D’un côté on a des expérimentés qui aimeraient continuer à développer mais à qui on répète qu’ils sont trop chers, et de l’autre des jeunes qui veulent faire le moins de dév possible tellement cette tâche (noble) a été dévalorisée….

Alors qu’un logiciel bien construit, pour moi ça s’apparente à une oeuvre d’art, parole de développeur expérimenté.

Je ne pense pas avec svn2git. Pour conserver les n° de révision svn il faut passer par git-svn

Est il possible de garder une quelconque reference aux revisions de SVN lors de l’import, de maniere a les voir apparaitre lors d’un “git log” sur le reperoire git obtenu

Yes you have to commit on develop to remove it. But this is an exception, we often postpone a feature but haven’t yet dropped one.

What happens with the dev branch when you decide not to release a feature? From your diagram, it looks like it would have already been merged into the development branch. Do you have to back it out?
